Sedum Spurium ‘Tricolour’
Another form of Sedum Spurium or ‘Dragons Blood Stonecrop’ known as ‘Tricolour’. Grows to no more than 15cm with a ground-covering habit. This variety is unique for it’s variegated, slender leaves with a pink hue around the edges. Pale pink, star shaped flowers are held up in bunches during the summer and last into autumn. This deciduous perennial will mostly die back in winter but returns every spring. Enjoys a well drained soil in full sun to part shade. Fully hardy and drought tolerant. Excellent for pollinators.
Plants well in the alpine rockery, wall crevice or trough.
